With effect of 17th August 2012, AVK Holding A/S has become the main partner of TEC artec valves GmbH & Co. KG. A new company has been set up and will operate under the new name of TEC artec GmbH.

With AVK Group as a strategic partner, the new company will benefit of the financing to pursue and develop innovative product range and technical solutions, and will use the synergies offered by the Group in terms of sales network and supply chain around the word. TEC artec GmbH is now well prepared to face markets evolution on power plant engineering and gas engineering, and will acquire, due to this new opportunity, wider experience which will be beneficial to all our customers.
